Return Policy

We're sorry you didn't love our goodies! Just send us an email at contact@bangberrycosmetics.com with your order number and we will happily come up with a solution for you.

We will accept returns within 30 Sunny Days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. To qualify, the returned product must be within the original product packaging. For cosmetic products: the returned product also must be unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.

Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Bangberry. Once we have initiated your return process via email at contact@bangberrycosmetics.com, we will provide you with our return address. (PRODUCT RETURNS SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO THE RETURN ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR PACKAGE.)

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed securely back to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete, depending on your card's issuing bank.

Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website bangberrycosmetics.com. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer's return policy.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, please email us ASAP at contact@bangberrycosmetics.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order as it may have already shipped, in which case, we will work with you to submit your return once it arrives.
